How to do the common things in Memecast AI, from deleting your account to cancelling Pro. If something here doesn’t solve it, a person reads every email.

Say which iPhone and iOS version you use, what you tapped and what happened, and roughly when. A screenshot helps.
Your account and data
Delete your account and your memes
Open Account › Delete account and confirm. Your account and your memes are deleted, and the app goes back to sign-in. It can’t be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription: cancel that first, as in Manage or cancel Pro.
Delete one meme
Press and hold it in your gallery and choose Delete, or tap the trash button while watching it.
Remove a saved face
In the Faces tab, press and hold the face. Saved faces live only on your phone.
Keep a meme for good
Memes are kept on our servers for 30 days. To keep one longer, open it, tap Share, choose Video, then Save Video.
Using a shared iPhone
Signing out (Account › Sign out) removes your saved faces, cached memes and consent choices from the phone, so the next person sees none of them.
Privacy and consent
Withdraw consent for your photo or voice
Open Account › Privacy and switch off Photo sharing or Voice sharing. Nothing new is sent after that. The app asks again, on its own screen, the next time you make a meme or record your voice.
Turn off analytics and crash reports
Open Account › Privacy and switch off Share analytics and crash reports.
Get a copy of your data, or delete a voice recording
Email hi@malikghani.com from the address you sign in with. Voice recordings are not deleted automatically today, so this is how to have yours removed. The Privacy Policy lists everything that is kept and for how long.
Pro, purchases and refunds
Restore a purchase
Open the Pro screen (tap the memes-left count at the top right of any tab, or Account › Upgrade to Pro) and tap Restore at the bottom. Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with.
Manage or cancel Pro
Pro is billed by Apple. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Memecast AI. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to stop the next renewal; Pro stays on until that period ends.
Ask for a refund
Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Notifications
Turn off “your meme is ready” alerts
Open the iOS Settings app, then Notifications › Memecast AI. Live Activities, the progress on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, have their own switch in the iOS Settings app under Memecast AI.
Marketing notifications
These are off unless you turn them on in Account, and the same switch turns them off again. Alerts about your own memes are separate and not affected.
Making memes
My photo was turned down
The app checks each photo on your phone before anything is sent, and it needs one clear face. Use a photo where you face the camera, in good light, with your face filling a good part of the frame and nothing blurring it.
There’s more than one person in my photo
Tap the face you mean, and the app uses that one.
I closed the app while my meme was rendering
It keeps going on our servers. With notifications on, you’ll get one when it’s ready, and it will be in your gallery.
What do I need?
An iPhone on iOS 26 or later, an Apple or Google account to sign in with, and an internet connection to make memes.
